Summer is practically upon us & the bright blood orange fruits we enjoyed shipping to fold all throughout the winter and spring months are gone. 

Don't despair. Because we are very exited to introduce our latest Redbelly product - Frozen Blood Orange Juice!!!!! 

Redbelly blood orange juice really is a taste & colour sensation.

We have a whole heap frozen and ready to supply to:

 - juice formulators
 - juice bars
 - bars, cafes and restaraunts 
 - gelato makers
 - granita mix makers
 - condiment and jelly makers
 - nutraceutical makers

We are able to supply Redbelly blood orange juice both pastuerised and unpastuerised in 190L double plastic lined food grade drums. 

We are also able to supply 20L containers, 15L boxes with bladders, 2L bottles and 125ml pouches of frozen pasteurised blood orange juice. 

So if you are interested in getting hold of someof our juice, particularly if you are interested in obtaining a large quantity, contact us to obtain a sample pack which we will ship out to you frozen in dry ice (costs apply).

This is a sample of a 2L frozen pasteurised product. It is very heavily laden with the health giving natural anthocyanins found in blood oranges. Tasty and good for you. We can ship these by courier in dry ice anywhere within 48 hours reach, including overseas. 

Granita Cocktails

Spring, gotta love it. Best time to get into blood orange granita's while the fruit is still coming in fresh from the trees and the air is warm and the sun is bright. What better combination.

So with that in mind I thought I would make up a granita to make tequila cocktails from for the BBQ planned for the day after.

I took the photo above yesterday. It seems I have come a long way since the first jelly a few weeks ago. I thought I would put a few words together to take you along my journey with Gelatine.
